HudPicks (hudpicks.com) is operated by David Greenfield, Guam, United States. Contact: contact@hudpicks.com.

• Contact messages: name, email and message, only to answer you. Emails to contact@hudpicks.com are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our private mailbox.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and approximate location, through analytics tools once enabled (none are active today).
• Advertising data: cookies or similar technologies used by ad partners.
• Affiliate clicks: when you click a buy or download link, the store or network may record that you came from HudPicks.

Our server reads your country (from your IP address, via Cloudflare), your device type (from your browser's user agent) and the page you came from, to send you only to offers available for your device and country. We do not store this data. We pass the game name and the page path (not your IP address) to our advertising network so it can credit the install. The game publisher and the network then process your data under their own privacy policies.

Answering your messages and keeping the site secure and working: our legitimate interest. Analytics and advertising cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

To run and improve the site, measure audience, show ads, track affiliate referrals and answer your messages.

(hosting, security and email routing, United States); game install advertising networks, once active. Analytics and advertising providers are listed here as soon as they are enabled. We do not sell your personal information for money.

• EU/UK visitors (GDPR): access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.
• California residents (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, delete and correct, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted ads.

To make a request: contact@hudpicks.com. We verify your request by confirming control of the email address used, and answer within 45 days (30 days for EU/UK requests). You may use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We collect identifiers (email address, IP address), internet activity (pages viewed, clicks) and approximate location, from you and your device, for the purposes above. We do not sell personal information for money and do not collect sensitive personal information. If advertising cookies are enabled in the future, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising may occur; you will be able to opt out from the cookie settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing. Browsers' "Do Not Track" setting has no common standard, so we rely on GPC instead.

HudPicks is operated from the United States. If you visit from the EU or UK, your data is transferred to the United States. Where required, our providers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact messages: kept for 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted (longer only if needed to handle a legal claim). Your cookie choice: stored in your browser for 13 months, after which we ask again. Analytics data: at most 14 months. Advertising data: according to each partner's settings and your consent.

HudPicks is a general-audience site for adults and teens. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, email contact@hudpicks.com and we will delete it.

We update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
